Animaj recherche un stagiaire pour un poste de marketing international. Animaj est une jeune société de médias créant et fournissant du contenu jeunesse pour l’élever au rang de franchises mondiales avec une approche « digital first ». Animaj a pour ambition de devenir une référence incontournable dans l’industrie de l’animation et de la jeunesse au niveau mondial.

Dans le cadre de ce stage, le stagiaire rejoindra l’équipe de la distribution internationale et du Licensing à Paris. Sous la supervision du vice-président de la distribution internationale et du Licensing, le futur candidat sera impliqué directement dans les stratégies commerciales et marketing du département. 

Les responsabilités du stagiaire incluront le développement d’outils de vente, tels que des présentations stratégiques aux chaines et plateformes (AVOD et SVOD), des pitch decks afin de mettre en avant nos contenus et marques tel que l’iconique IP « Pocoyo ». Le stagiaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes en interne d’Animaj et sera en relation avec nos partenaires à l’international. 

Animaj recherche un stagiaire motivé, organisé avec une expérience en marketing et un intérêt pour le secteur de l’animation et de la jeunesse. La maîtrise de l’anglais ainsi que des compétences en Photoshop, PowerPoint et Canvas sont requises.

L’entreprise offre également une politique de travail flexible avec la possibilité de travailler à distance deux jours par semaine.

Job Description

Animaj is seeking an International Marketing Intern for a six month training period, to join its growing Global Distribution and Consumer Products team in Paris, France. This role will primarily support the SVP of Global Distribution and Consumer Products and his team in creating and executing the global franchise strategy for distribution and consumer products on key Animaj properties.

You will partner with internal Animaj and external partner teams to develop and lead the execution of marketing initiatives for the distribution,  the products, and live events for Animaj’s leading franchises. Marketing initiatives include but are not limited to product-led marketing campaigns, B2B trade marketing, PR, etc.

You will report directly to the SVP, Global Distribution & Consumer Products with a dotted line to the company’s Head of Brand Management.

Responsibilities

  • Development of sales tools, including screening rooms, clients database,  pitch decks, sizzle reels, fact sheets, newsletters, and more to be used for B2B trade shows and summits, platform and licensee pitches, retailer presentations, etc. Materials to include:
    • PowerPoint / Canvas Presentations
    • One-sheets and Infographics/Charts
    • Brand Guidelines and Strategies
  • Support strategic brand plans for all of Animaj’s IPs (under the guidance of the company’s Head of Brand Management)
  • Work cross-functionally internally to gather relevant information (viewership, co-viewing data, competitive data, etc.) to prepare and update sales narrative decks;
  • Support the development of Joint Marketing Plans (JMPs) with licensees (local/regional/global), TV broadcasters, streaming platforms and all partners that can help elevate Animaj properties’ awareness and affinity in local countries; optimize marketing activities between partners (amplification of initiatives through collaboration) and support L&M business development.
  • Support Traffic Management with linear and VOD partners, in creating and delivering all clients with any material request and promotional need including; material delivery, brand content presentation, episodes, screenshots, poster, trailer…
  • Management of trade-fairs/industry events, including BLE (London), MIP Jr./MIPCOM (Cannes), Kidscreen (US) among others;
  • Support digital & social media strategy and communication tools on Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc…
  • Administration & development of Animaj’s rights management software for Media & Licensing contracts. Input datas including current & old contracts and update of existing agreement onto the system, monthly reporting…Management and update of Animaj’s databases

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated and highly organized,
  • Must be able to prioritize competing needs
  • Digital & social marketing skills a plus
  • Skilled in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and presentation development
  • English proficiency
